Government shutting down streets to force people to pay to watch fireworks at Legoland?
- Once again, government getting involved in something they have no business being involved with, and imposing regulations to help a corporation.
That's right, the City of Carlsbad has decided to shut down all streets around Legoland and force people to go into the Legoland parking lot, paying of course, to view any fireworks. That's the American way and the American dream in full effect. What next, San Diego shutting down all the streets around Mission Bay so you can't watch the Sea World fireworks?! Shame on the City of Carlsbad and who was paid for providing this "service" to Legoland? This is absolutely shameful that in a time when people don't have $2 to their names, Carlsbad has decided to force everyone to pay to see a show put on by a corporation no less. Absolutely shameful and disgusting!
