"It demonstrably improves employee morale, reduces stress and burnout, boosts productivity, and enhances retention rates. Those who don't adapt risk losing valuable employees to organizations that prioritize work-life balance."

Looking ahead, the demand for caregiver benefits will only intensify as the population continues to age. Employers who proactively expand their offerings - particularly in areas like financial assistance and robust resource networks - will be best positioned to navigate the changing landscape, maintain a productive workforce, and attract the skilled talent needed to thrive in the years to come.
