  The Boone County Sheriff's Office says that they arrested a New Hampshire man who traveled to Northern Kentucky to meet up with a minor for sex.

A 24-year-old man from Cincinnati was arrested on charges of importuning and possessing criminal tools after he traveled to meet a 14-year-old girl for sexual purposes. The arrest followed an investigation by the Butler County Sheriff's Office, which began after receiving a tip about the man's intentions. The suspect had been communicating with the minor via text messages and social media, and was apprehended when he arrived at a predetermined location in Butler County to meet her. The Sheriff's Office emphasized the importance of monitoring children's online activities to prevent such incidents.
