The article from LancasterOnline reports on a fatal crash in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, where a car driven by 22-year-old Zachary J. Solis was traveling 15 mph over the speed limit before colliding with a pickup truck. The incident occurred on Main Street (Route 23) near the intersection with Route 10, resulting in the deaths of Solis and his passenger, 21-year-old Grace M. Ippolito. The crash also injured the driver of the pickup truck, 58-year-old David E. Sensenig, who was treated at Reading Hospital. The investigation by the Caernarvon Township Police Department revealed that Solis's car was traveling at 55 mph in a 40 mph zone, and the impact caused both vehicles to spin out of control.
