Michigan State basketball has secured a commitment from transfer guard A.J. Staton-McCray, who previously played at Samford University. Staton-McCray, a 6-foot-5 guard, began his college career at Auburn before transferring to Samford, where he averaged 6.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in the 2023-24 season.
