CEO Andy Cecere expressed the company's deep sorrow and highlighted Dolan's significant contributions over his 34-year tenure, describing him as a key leader who played a crucial role in the bank's success. The earnings call also covered the bank's financial performance, reporting a net income of $1.6 billion, or $1.04 per diluted share, for the first quarter, with total revenue reaching $6.7 billion, up 13% from the previous year.
