The Traveler Privacy Protection Act would safeguard Americans' ability to opt-out of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) facial recognition screenings at airports.
The Traveler Privacy Protection Act, introduced by Senators Jeff Merkley and Edward J. Markey, aims to ban the use of facial recognition technology in U.S. airports by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
